Ultra High Quality Photoplates


AGHD High Definition Photoplates: (Millimask) This is a silver halide, high contrast, high definition photoplate. It is used to image photomasks and patterns for micro-electronics and holography use. These plates are on standard sodalime glass and are extremely flat. This emulsion is dyed to minimize light scattering as it passes through the emulsion layer during exposure.
AGHD High Definition Photoplates: (Millimask) This plate will be an extremely high resolution photoplate for use in the micro electronics and holography industry, it will be blue-green sensitive emulsion on precision flat soda lime glass. With an emulsion thickness of approximately 1.5 - 2 microns it will resolve two thousand line pairs per millimeter when properly exposed.
An optical density of 3.0 will be achieved with various process techniques.
The manufacture of precision printed circuit boards will be more easily photoplotted on this flat glass substrate with minimal image placement errors caused by film masks. Other than High-Tech uses this plate will also have an appeal to the photo-artist. This plate will work well for reproduction of artwork originals and historic photographic originals which can be made as lantern slides or Black & White or Toned mounted Photographs. The heavy glass durability will prove this material useful for archival and display purposes.

This plate will be packaged in a non-contact package with 6-10 plates per box depending on thickness.
K1A Photoplates This is a silver halide, high contrast, high resolution photoplate that is used to image photomasks and patterns for micro-electronics and holography use. This plate is on standard sodalime glass that is ULTRA FLAT. It is an undyed emulsion with an anti-halation backing on the backside of the substrate. These plates come in standard sizes from 2” to 8x10” and larger.
K180B High Resolution Photoplate An extremely high contrast silver halide high resolution photoplate that is used to image photomasks, patterns for micro-electronics, holography, and many other uses. This plate is standard sodalime glass that is ULTRA FLAT. It is an undyed emulsion with an anti-halation red backing on the substrate. It provides a more delineated "hard edge" and minimal background fog or clear area density. These plates have resolution down to one micron imagery using narrow bandwidth green light in contact printing mode using a chrome submaster of good quality. These plates come in all standard sizes of 2 inches and larger.
ARCSL CHROME Photoplates This is a Chromium Clad High Contrast Photoplate with approximately 1,000 Ang. of Metalization. The Substrate is Soda Lime Glass with a high thermo coefficient of expansion. It is coated with AZ1518 Positive Photoresist ready for Ultra violet Light exposure.
ARCQZ CHROME Photoplates This is a Chromium Clad High Contrast Photoplate with approximately 1,000 Ang. Of Metalization. The substrate is Quartz (fused silica) with a low thermo coefficient of expansion. It is coated with AZ 1518 Positive Photoresist ready for Ultra violet Light exposure.
FEOSL IRON OXIDE Photoplates This is an Iron-Oxide High Contrast Photoplate with approximately 2,000 Ang. Of FeO coating. The coating allows visible light to be seen through it while masking the Ultra Violet wavelengths. This plate is Coated with AZ 1518 Positive Photoresist Resist and ready for UV exposure.

TECHNICAL NOTE:

All of these photoplates are ortho-chromatic, being sensitive to both green and blue light. Use a very narrow wavelength bandpass filter that is matched to the color correction of the lens used to image the patterns.

If ultra violet light is used ascertain that the narrow bandwidth filter used matches the lens focus wavelength.
